Annemarie Leuvennink is responsible for General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) compliance. If you are unsure about what GDPR is and how it affects your information, feel free to contact her. 

Control of Your Data 

Your data is your own. Under the Data Protection Legislation you may request to know what data our offices hold at any time. You may request a copy of that data; for the data to be destroyed; and/or for the data to be amended with new information. We will comply with your request (providing you have received acknowledgement of receipt of said request) within 28 working days.
In compliance with HCPC regulation, all data is destroyed after 6 years, post-termination with a client and/or patient.  
We do not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties and will not share it at all unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

What data? 

All information submitted to Annemarie Leuvennink's practice falls under GDPR good practice. We gather information when you voluntarily submit it to us (contact pages, emails, sessions, Whatsapps, Skypes, text messsages etc). The information submitted on the contact page(e.g.: booking a first appointment) is not a binding contract and should our sessions not continue, your information is automatically deleted from our contacts page after 3 months. You do not have to provide any information when making a preliminary enquiry. 

Because of the nature of our practice, you will be sharing information with Annemarie Leuvennink as sessions progress. It is always your choice as to what kind of detail you go into, and how much you choose to share. 

Privacy Guarantee 

Please note that by emailing our practice to book your first appointment, you are giving Annemarie Leuvennink consent to communicate with you. All communications with the practice are stored on external servers (both yours and ours) and, therefore, we cannot guarantee their absolute security. Every effort will be made from the practice's point of view to ensure your absolute data protection at all times.
