First appointments
The First Appointment is incredibly important: it's an opportunity to see if you and Annemarie will work well together and to decide what that work will look like. Feel free to tell her as much or as little as you like, ask her about her methodologies and what to expect in session, and let her know if you have any concerns or further questions. 
If you feel that Annemarie is not the best fit for you, our office will provide a list of referrals, resources and suggestions for your alternatives.

All sessions last 50 minutes. 

What Happens if I can't Make my Session?
We try to keep our appointments at the same time every week. If you need to change an appointment or have to cancel, please make sure you have received a cancellation acknowledgment at least 24 hours before your time-slot.

Because Annemarie also has the online practice, she will be able to speak with you (by video or audio chat, at your discretion) regardless of where you are. This opens up your schedule to lunch hours, allows you to skip traffic and means you'll always have the support you need - even on holiday! 

How Much Does Therapy Cost? 
All UK-based sessions (regardless of in-person or digital) last 50 minutes and the fees are structured as follows: 

Individuals: £150/50min | £135/50 min (concession)
Couples rates: £190/90min session
 
Fees will also be charged for parent feedback, school consultations and other professional consults, at the discretion of the practice. 

If you sign up for 6 or more sessions and pay in advance, we will offer you a discount - dependent on how many sessions you choose to book.
Please note that if you don't reside in the UK and will be paying in a different currency, your rates may differ. Please ask the office for more info. 

If you would rather pay for each session individually, we will require a cash or bank transfer payment immediately after the appointment. 


How Do I Get to My Appointment? 
For online video appointments, you will need private and safe access to high speed internet. We offer secure sessions through Skype and Zoom. Telephonic appointments are also available.

Annemarie has consultation rooms in East Horsley with (limited) on-street parking. Please contact the office for more info.
